    We provide everything you need to embark on your Arduino journey, offering tutorials tailored to beginners as well as advanced users. Additionally, we supply PLCs, components, modules, and comprehensive kits equipped with all the essentials for bringing your projects to life.

We provide high-quality tutorials and a wide range of components, each rigorously tested to ensure reliability and performance.     Yes, we offer both official Arduino products and third-party replicas to accommodate a range of budgets and preferences
  • Can I purchase bulk quantities of specific components?
    Currently, only small quantities are available for purchase.

  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our selection and add your desired items to your cart. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout to review your cart and complete the payment process.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Cancellation or change of orders can be done BEFORE dispatch. Typically a few hours to a day after purchase.
  • What are your shipping options and costs?
    Currently we only offer standard shipping of $10 with all orders under $50. Shipping is FREE for all orders OVER $50.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on the specific pickup and delivery locations. Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as distance, route, and seasonal demand. Additionally, over 95% of deliveries are on time, with most late parcels delivered within two business days of the delivery estimate.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sadly at this point, no. We only offer our product services to within Australia.
  • How can I track my order?
    Shortly after your purchase, a conformation email containing your order, tracking number, and time until delivery will be sent. Updates will be supplied throughout the shipping process, however, if you would like to know the status of your order please email support@arduionly.com.au anytime or message us through the system chat located at the bottom right of the screen and we will promptly get back to you.
  • How long after purchase do I have to request a refund/replacement?
    Once the item/s have been delivered, 14 days is given to the consumer to request a refund or replacement.
  • What is your return/refund policy?
    If an item/s is faulty or not as described, you have the following options (given you have provided proof of fault AND a proof of purchase): 1) Accept a full refund 2) Accept a full replacement Either of these two options can be taken whether or not the item is RETURNED or not.

    To request a refund, Email support@arduionly.com.au or send a message via the Arduionly's chat located at the bottom right. Refunds will be given provided the following criteria is met: 1) Proof the product is faulty OR not as advertised 2) You have provided proof of purchase
